Debt Recovery Administrator
at Unicom in Manchester
Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
Location: Based at our Head Office branch, Northenden, South Manchester.
The Role:
An opportunity has arisen in our Debt Recovery department for a Debt Recovery Administrator. This role offers a challenging and exciting opportunity for the right individual to assist the ongoing progression of our legal administration process. The role will include the following:
• Carrying out internal reviews on accounts to ensure they are suited to commence the legal process.
• Issuing generic claim forms and relevant legal documents.
• Issuing subsequent correspondence.
• Providing written responses to debtors and relevant 3rd parties.
• Liasing with the Debt Recovery and Compliance departments on individual cases.
• Effectively managing collections to ensure balances are concluded and accounts are closed.
Requirements:
The suitable candidate should possess the following attributes:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand, overcome and explain complex issues in writing and over the phone.
• Ability to review and report on accounts in a swift and efficient manner.
• Ability to maintain regular audits and reports on collections resulting from legal action.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
