Salary: £12k - £13k + bonus + 2 pay reviews per year.
Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
Location: Based at our Head Office branch, Northenden, South Manchester.
The Role:
Communications is the verbal side of our provisioning department. Day to day duties include contacting new and existing customers to help resolve technical issues in relation to transfer of services. Individuals will also be required to verify new customer accounts, including any missing information such as direct debit details or confirmation of a customer’s postcode. The department is predominantly an outbound department and the role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop your skills.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working in customer service roles and possess some phone experience. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills and an ability to build rapport with customers. An ability to explain technical information in and clear and understandable manner is essential. Strong organisation skills and an ability to work towards targets are also necessary. Full training in all areas is provided.
