Technical Finance Assistant

Our Client, a young and successful finance company, who are rapidly expanding and moving into new and exciting areas. Based in Aust near Thornbury is currently recruiting a Technical Finance Assistant. The nature of the business is to provide Premium Finance and Debt Management solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to work amongst a small and friendly team, assisting with the growth of the organisation. The role will be varied requiring a range of skills including administration, customer service and user acceptance testing of the bespoke systems. Successful applicants will work both Business to Business and direct with customers, so good customer service skills and a professional demeanour at all times is essential.
The successful applicant will have a passion to work hard and achieve results, will have experience in Customer Service within a call centre environment, along with good IT skills, high level numeracy skills and user acceptance testing experience. Previous knowledge of Open Gi/Misys System is beneficial but not compulsory. An Insurance, Premium Finance, Debt Management, Knowledge of Direct Debits and the BAC’s systems are also beneficial but not compulsory.
Due to the location of the company, own transport is essential.
