French Speaking Credit Control Assistant
Salary - £16K + excellent benefits
Location Nottingham
Our client, a multinational FMCG group in Nottingham is seeking a French Speaking Credit control assistant to join their friendly team.
Main Duties
" ensure that timely relevant customer and financial data is obtained to
establish criteria for reviewing and setting new credit limits to for the Credit Control Team Leader
" managing the changes of existing customer data on the database and setting up new customer records
" maintaining accounts receivable balances for accounts within credit limits through timely cash collection
" processing of documentary letters of credit and ensuring statements are issued to coincide with agreed customer settlement terms.
" maintaining up to date customer files regarding actions taken to recover outstanding debts and resolution of queries for review by relevant Credit Control Team Leader
" ensure correct allocation of cash, invoices, credit notes and journals to maintain reconciled accounts.
" provide monthly reports to team leader and sales divisions to ensure good communication and service excellence to customers.
" provide day to day credit support to relevant sales divisions
" prepare documentation for trade debt litigation for Credit Control Team Leader
Requirements
" Fluency in French and English
" Some customer service or credit control experience and strong numeracy skills
" Excellent communication skills and team spirit
" Good problem solving skills
