Review Team Advisor / Financial Review Advisor
• The Review Team Advisor is responsible for contacting existing customers to conduct a full financial review and assess any changes to their financial circumstances and advise on the best course of action; ensuring customers are adhering to their financial management plan.
• You will recommend suitable financial solutions to the customer, from our wide product range.
• The role holder will have to meet targets in a fast moving operations department.
Experience:
• Experience working in either Debt Management Business or Financial Services Business in a call centre environment or financial institute is preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and experience of gaining client commitment
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Willingness to be flexible dependant upon the demands of the business is essential
Shifts:
40 hours per week on a rota covering Monday to Thursday 0800 to 2030, Friday 0800 to 1800
Current Shifts - 08.00 am to 5.00 pm, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm & 11:00 am – 8:00 pm. – Exact shift pattern to be discussed at interview stage.
Salary: Up to £18,000 basic with a very realistic O.T.E. of £26,500
