Dialler Manager
Responsible for the successful operation of the outbound Dialler campaigns; identifying outbound opportunities and providing feedback and recommendations to maximise schedule adherence, occupancy and effective use of the Dialler system.
Tasks:
• Implement and manage all outbound dialler activity.
• Responsible for building the campaigns to meet the needs of each outbound operation.
• Monitor real time dialler activity including co-ordination and execution of outbound calling campaigns.
• Preparation of various calling campaigns and co-ordination of dialler jobs.
• Pre start Campaign checks and adjustments.
• Pacing campaigns at key stages to ensure maximum productivity.
• Analyse campaign results & call data to identify & maximise key contact times
• Maintain Dialler housekeeping.
• Produce daily productivity reports identifying areas of concern with regards to schedule adherence and performance effectiveness.
• Effective communication with operational management to maintain a high degree of understanding of sales activities, contact strategies, new lead sources and business strategies to ensure relevant campaign development.
Skills:
• Minimum 12 months experience of Dialler Management, preferably using Amcat software.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, colleagues and customers. Ability to define problems, collates data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• You will need to be a team player, however also able to work without supervision.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
Salary:
Package
• 4 x Death In Service
• 21 days holiday per annum (rising to 25 days with length of service)
