Personal Finance Manager - Debt Management Advisor – Debt Advisor
Working in our Modern and Spacious Office in Sale, Manchester, you will be responsible for converting leads from our Lead Generation department into new clients on either a Debt Management Plan or IVA.

You will be responsible for making a detailed financial assessment of the client and after assessing their situation recommend a solution to them that will assist in resolving their financial problems.
This is a telesales role and you will be expected to sell the benefits of a Debt Management plan or an IVA to a client, within a framework of regulatory aspects that also need to be covered.
Key Skills
• Experience working in a sales role for a Financial Solutions business is essential.
• Objection handling experience is essential.
• You will be dealing with clients in an undesirable financial position therefore you must be able to empathise with their situation.
• A drive for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good attention to detail required.
• Be flexible in shifts to meet customer demands, business needs and workload.
Salary
£18,000 - £20,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus (OTE of £35,000 - £40,000)
Current Hours
Monday to Thursday – 10.15 am to 7.45 pm & Friday 9.00 am to 3.30 pm
