IVA Sales Advisor / IVA Telesales Advisor
Due to unprecedented success, we are looking to expand our team of IVA Sales Advisors.
Based in our modern & spacious call centre in Sale, Manchester, you will conduct financial reviews over the telephone assessing whether the best advice we can give to our client is to enter into an IVA programme.
Main Duties
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to existing clients.
• To explain the features and benefits of an IVA to the client ensuring they fully understand the process
• To deal with our customers in a friendly and professional manner and in line with the company's standards and procedures and statutory regulations
Key Skills
• Experience of working in IVA Sales environment.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong time management skills
• Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
• Knowledge of the Financial Solutions industry
• Knowledge of current Insolvency legislation
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Hours
Monday to Thursday – 10.15 am to 7.45 pm & Friday 9.00 am to 3.30 pm
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Basic + Bonus
Benefits:
• 4 x Salary Death In Service Scheme
• 21 days holiday per annum (rising to 25 days with length of service) + Bank Holidays.
