Our clients are large Debt Management Companies based in the North West - looking to recruit Debt Management Advisors to join their ever expanding teams.
The companies offer an excellent working environment in a fast pace work place.
The ideal candidate will have a strong financial sales background ideally in the sub-prime sector or attained through another Debt Management company.
Your duties will be to speak to people with regards to their current debt problems and offer financial solutions to help them with the strain.
The company offers a wide range of products which will help your client to get their finances back on track. You must have excellent sales techniques and have the ability to close deals and hit targets. You must be able to work well on your own and also in a vibrant team as you will target on your own abilities and your teams.
The companies offer a competitive salary of 16k – 20k with excellent earning potential of 30k – 50k. You will be required to work shifts from the hours of 8am – 8pm and might include the occasional weekend shift.
