Lead Generation Agent
• Due to unprecedented success, it is now an exciting time to join a market leading financial solutions company.
• We are looking to expand our already successful team of Lead Generation Agents / Financial Telesales Agents / Outbound Advisors.
• You will be responsible for generating leads and interest in our services through customer contact over the telephone utilising a dialler system.
• Based in our modern and spacious call centre in Sale, Manchester.
You will have previous telephone sales experience, preferably within the financial sector.
Skills:
• Experience of working in a high volume, targeted, outbound calling environment.
• Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment.
• Dependability.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Good time management and able to self motivate.
Shifts:
You will be working on a rotational shift pattern with 3 shifts per week requiring you to work until 20:15.
Package
• 4 x Death In Service
• 21 days holiday per annum (rising to 25 days with length of service) + Bank Holidays.
