IVA Sales Advisor / IVA Telesales Advisor
Due to unprecedented success, we are looking to expand our already successful team of IVA Sales Advisors.
Based in our modern & spacious call centre in Sale, Manchester, you will conduct financial reviews over the telephone assessing whether the best advice we can give to the potential client is to enter into an IVA programme.
Main Duties
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to new and existing clients from a variety of lead sources.
• To explain the features and benefits of an IVA to the client ensuring they fully understand the process
• To deal with our customers in a friendly and professional manner and in line with the company's standards and procedures and statutory regulations
Key Skills
• Experience of working in IVA Sales environment.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Strong time management skills
• Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
• Knowledge of the debt management industry
• Knowledge of current Insolvency legislation
• Good communication skills both written and verbal

Features
40 hours per week – contracted between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday, however the business currently operates Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required
Shifts will operate on a rota-based system.
Package
• Salary up to £20,000 per annum with OTE of a very achievable £35,000.
• 21 days holiday (Up max 25 days after 4 year service).
