Personal Finance Manager - Debt Management Advisor
Working in our Modern and Spacious Office in Sale, Manchester, you will be responsible for converting leads from our very productive Lead Generation department into new clients on a Debt Management Plan.
You will make a detailed assessment of the clients and after assessing their financial situation recommend a solution to them that will assist in resolving their financial problems.
This is a sales role and you will be expected to sell the benefits of a Debt Management plan to a client, within a framework of regulatory aspects that also need to be covered.
Key Skills
• Experience working in a debt management business is essential.
• Objection handling experience.
• You will be dealing with clients in an undesirable financial position therefore you must be able to empathise with their situation.
• A drive for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Good attention to detail required.
• Work flexibly to meet customer demands and workload.
Features
• 40 per week - between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday (as this is a bonus driven role you will be expected to work the hours required to meet your targets).Shifts will operate on a rota-based system.
• Upon commencement of employment you will take part in a week long induction programme.
Package
• Salary up to £20,000 per annum with a first year OTE of a very achievable £35,000.
• 21 days holiday (Up max 25 days after 4 year service).
