Money Debt and Credit Ltd is the UK’s fastest growing debt solutions company dealing with individual clients. Based in Watford, we are fiercely ambitious and are now looking for the best of the best Sales Advisers to join our Debt Fixers, Debt Management business.

About our position

The role will involve counselling and advising our clients on their levels of debt, in all debt areas to find the best debt solution for the client, by establishing an affordable surplus using an income and expenditure format on a computer generated system. To secure first payment from clients and ensure all relevant documents are returned to set up the DM plan

• To ensure every call is handled on its own merit advising clients on their individual financial circumstances and offering the right solution from a range of options available to meet their needs and wants.
• Responsible for generating leads to create new business.
• Responsible for reassuring clients and describing the financial benefits and features of DM to be able to set up a payment plan.
• To complete an income and expenditure form with clients to establish an affordable surplus, following the set guidelines.
• To secure a minimum of 2 debt management payments per day, you will be expected to operate semi-autonomously, managing your own portfolio of clients.
• To answer all queries which come into DM by phone, e-mail, text, and online within a timely manner.
• Refer clients to other departments within the business if debt management is not the best debt solution for the client.
• To record all correspondence on our in house system accurately.
• To make outbound calls when not answering incoming calls, using the information from the leads generated from our partner companies.
• Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
• To carry out any other reasonable management requests

What we are looking for
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience within a call centre environment, preferably within the financial services sector but not essential.
• Self motivated and driven
• Able to build relationships over the telephone
• Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently.
